Orders take one to two days handling and 5-7 days to arrive.We usually surprize our customers and ship much quicker than that most of the time.This applies to in-stock items
All orders are processed by our well-staffed team. We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible when they are placed, but we ask that you allow 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Rush Delivery orders are prioritized and generally ship faster. Any order placed after 9:00 am EST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.
Some orders can take longer if there are credit card authorization or security issues or high holiday season volume. To ensure the quickest processing time, especially during the busy holiday seasons, please make sure to add an emergency contact number such as a cell phone or work number when you are checking out. Also, read How to prevent delivery delays below, especially if you are ordering for a birthday, holiday or time sensitive occasion.
Include an emergency contact number at checkout Double-check the address and all information before submitting your order.If you receive a e-mail or call asking you to contact us, please respond. It often means that we will not be able to proceed without additional information from you.If you are e-mailing about an order, please include the name the order was placed in and the order number, if known. This will help us locate your order information and respond more quickly.While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, USPS or UPS errors or other factors beyond our control.

If the shipping address for your order does not match the billing address on your credit card, we may require you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This extra step in the ordering process helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. We may need to contact you via either the phone number or email address that you provided with your order to inform you of this requirement.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company:
(1) Call your credit card's customer service department (the number should be on the back of the card or on your monthly statement)
(2) Tell them that you want to add an Alternate Shipping Address to your account for an internet order and give them the exact address for the recipient. *This will NOT change your billing address - you will still receive statements and mail at your usual address.
(3) Place your order on our site using your usual billing address and the new alternate shipping address that you added to your account.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. During the Holiday Season (nov 1 th thru Dec. 25th) we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. Please contact Customer Service by email to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be canceled.

No Returns will be accepted on Mystery Boxes or pre-order items
Please read our return policies below and print out a copy of the attached form.
(1)The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If a child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we will not be able to accept it back. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund the merchandise and we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping. If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully.
(2)If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping, or store credit can be issued to you. Please fill out the back of the sheet attached to your invoice.
(3)All products are shipped in factory-fresh condition unless otherwise noted in the description. Minor packaging flaws that do not affect the condition of the contents are not considered damage, either for manufacturing returns or for insurance claims. A small scuff or dent on packaging incurred during shipping, for example, does not constitute item damage. If you wish to return an item due only to a minor flaw in the package, shipping and restock fees will apply. If you are a collector seeking pristine packaging, please call with your order. We will try to select an item with no marks on the packaging, and for an additional fee, we will ship with extra packing material.
(4)If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 30% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
(5)Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, Funkoplanet.com is not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address. Please note that a lot of toys we sell can be a few years old, and may simply require new batteries. Before returning any electronic merchandise, or toys that make sound, please try replacing the batteries first, this may solve the problem.
(5)Pre order Cancellations, pre orders may not be canceled once an order has been placed.If you decide to you may ,but doing so will result in a 25% cancellation fee. In the event a preorder item becomes unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances we will issue a full refund

If you Are paying through credit card or a registered Paypal account , please read the following: When paying by Paypal, the money is automatically deducted from your account. So in essence, if you place a Pre-Order using Paypal you will be charged the moment you place the order, not when the item comes in and gets ready to ship. When paying by Paypal, we have to ship your entire order at the same time. Therefore, if you place an order that contains both in stock merchandise and Pre-Order merchandise, we have to hold your entire order until the Pre-Order items arrive in stock.
When paying by Paypal, if you are looking to purchase in stock merchandise and Pre-Order merchandise, and you want the in stock merchandise to ship right away, please place separate orders. One for the in stock merchandise and one for the Pre-Order merchandise.
If you wish to not have your order split
Be aware that it could hold up your order until possibly after the holidays, then please contact our customer service at M-F 10am-5pm Est. This way you will not incur any additional shipping fees as the whole order will ship at one time.
If you Pre-Order multiple items, we will charge and ship each item as it comes in. This is to get you your merchandise as quickly as possible. In rare instances, pre-ordered items come in within days of each other. We promise to do our best to prevent multiple shipments. A shipping charge will be applied each time an item is shipped according to our regular shipping schedule.When the Pre-Order item comes in, you will be charged a shipping & handling fee according to our shipping schedule. Your initial shipping fee will be adjusted so that it coordinates with the amount of your first shipment.

Holiday Pre-Order Exception - Please Read!
Please remember - during the very busy holiday season (oct. 1st thru Dec. 25th) - in an effort to get everyone their toys in time for the holiday - our Regular Pre-Order policy will not be applied. Any order containing "Pre-Order" items may be split, with the available items being charged and sent out as quickly as possible. This will be done only when circumstances allow. Thank you and please understand that everything we do is because we are keeping the customer's best interest in mind.
